This is not a classic toffee Bon Bon,made by Barnetts it is an equally delicious chewy, fruity, apple delight.
Apple flavoured Bon Bons with a chewy candy centre (not the toffee ones!). For those who are not aware, a bon bon, as well as being the French word for sweet, is a ball of chewy toffee coated in a layer of icing sugar. The icing sugar layer comes in a variety of different flavours as well as plain. Apparently the word bonbon in Australia means a Christmas cracker. So if you tell an Aussie that you enjoy chewing on bonbons expect strange looks.
An absolute classic for all lovers of British liqorice. Hard sticks of shiny black liquorice, shaped like an oar with the word "Bassetti" imprinted on the flat bit. Perfectly designed for dipping into a bag of Sherbet (or Kali if you're from north of Watford or even Keli if you're north of the border!)
